My name is Claire Riddell.
Following a 20-year career as a midwife, I decided to pursue my other great passion, health and fitness.
As a personal trainer, I focus on women's health, from antenatal to postnatal and perimenopause to post-menopause.
I take great care about what I put in my body, nourishing it with whole, plant-based foods.
Having had 2 children I know how hard it can be to maintain or regain your fitness but,
being fitter and stronger will allow your body to adapt
to the demands and challenges that life presents.
