My name is Claire Riddell.
Following a 20 year career as a midwife I decided to pursue my other passion, health and fitness.
I am now a personal trainer with qualifications in outdoor training,
sports conditioning and specialised in ante and postnatal exercise.
I take great care about what I put in my body, nourishing it with whole, plant based foods.
Having had 2 children I know how hard it can be to maintain or regain your fitness but, by
being fitter and stronger, it will allow your body to adapt
to every stage and demand before and after pregnancy.
